HOW CAN YOU HELP US

WE HELP THOUSANDS IN OUR COMMUNITY HERE AS WELL AS ABROAD

Leah’s Hopes and Dreams (LHD) creates opportunities in the lives of youth, underprivileged families and the less fortunate. We are a 501c3 organization with an emphasis on God, education, and programs that support sustainable behavioral changes.

Leah’s Hopes and Dreams would not be possible if it were not for the donations of people like you. Please help us in our journey of continuing to bless those who need it the most.
There is still plenty of work to be done! As a charitable orgainzation, Leah’s Hopes and Dreams depends on the kindness of individuals like you. Please help us make a difference in the community by donating whatever time you have available.
To often we take things as essential as a good meal for granted.  With homelessness on the rise, many in our own community find it bare it hard to secure a decent meal.  Help us feed the less fortunate in our community by donating any food that you may have to spare.  A little goes a long way.

2018 INITIATIVES

THESE ARE A FEW OF THE BIG PLANS THAT WE HAVE FOR 2018

In 2017 Leah’s Hopes and Dreams launched our Scholarship Program for graduating High School seniors going to college.  The Scholar of Hope Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.  The application will reopen on August 1, 2018, for students who will be high school seniors at that time.

Scholars of Hope Program

Dream Big Mentoring is a structured program that gives your child the critical thinking skills and mindset to learn new materials independently outside of normal school hours. The key to the program is the individualized instruction, carefully planned by an instructor(s).

The Adobe Strong Project is an initiative to reduce the amount of homeless in the surrounding areas by 2020. Adobe Strong is a supportive housing imitative designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessnessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient and to move toward independent living on their own.
